Exchange and return policy:
We accept exchange in following occasions
– Damaged product: We will accept exchange if you have received our product in damaged condition.

– Sizing problem: All orders will be guaranteed to be correct according to our published size specifications:
Parameters are produced to fit an average height of 165cm
Size chart: xS – S – M – L – xL
(Measurements include: Bust – Waist – Hips)
* FREE adjustment of 3-round measurements and change of length 5-10 cm (Compared to original design)
– With orders based on measurements : we will always ensure the correct parameters you have sent us. We will always have pictures to check the product before delivering it to the customer
In case you need editing assistance, you will need to send it back to Vietnam for us to edit
Refund policy:
Purchased product is not accepted to be returned.
**Return Window:** We accept returns within 3 days from the date of receipt, applicable only for items with manufacturing defects.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@chloedesign.vn for detailed instructions. If instructions are not followed, resulting in an improper return, the refund process may not proceed, or a deduction may be applied to the refund if additional fees (such as taxes or surcharges) arise.
**Refund Process:** Refund processing may take up to 30 business days from the date of receiving the returned item for inspection and processing. Refunds are based on the original purchase price, excluding initial shipping fees, taxes, and customs fees paid. The refunded amount will be credited via the original payment method.
**Item Condition:** Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, free from makeup marks, and with all original tags attached. Any accessories such as belts or protective bags should be returned with the product. For health and hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for undergarments.
**Return Shipping Costs:** Returns are at your expense. We recommend careful packaging and shipping through a tracked service via your local postal provider. To reduce costs, you may return the item without the original box. Please retain proof of shipment or consider insurance, as you are responsible for the item’s condition until it reaches our warehouse.
**Shipping Documentation:** When returning items, please clearly state “VIETNAM – WOMEN’S CLOTHING” as the item description on all shipping documents. Failure to include this description may result in additional customs fees, which will be deducted from your refund. Use the original ORDER NUMBER as the reference on your return shipping label and invoice.
