We accept exchange in following occasions

– Damaged product: We will accept exchange if you have received our product in damaged condition.

– Sizing problem: All orders will be guaranteed to be correct according to our published size specifications:

Size chart : xS – S – M – L – xL

– xS : 80 – 62 – 86 ( Cm )

– S : 84 – 66 – 90 ( Cm)

– M : 88 – 70 – 94 ( Cm )

– L : 92 – 74 – 98 ( Cm )

– xL : 96 – 78 – 102 ( Cm)

– With orders based on measurements : we will always ensure the correct parameters you have sent us. We will always have pictures to check the product before delivering it to the customer

In case you need editing assistance, you will need to send it back to Vietnam for us to edit

– Customers are responsible for the return fee and shipping cost.

– Returns must be in their original condition and in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels and tags.

Any promotional items included free of charge must also be returned shall the order be returned in full – or charged against any refund or credit.

Refund policy:

Purchased product is not accepted to be returned.
